What happens in your first 30 days working with Kren

What working with Kren looks like in the first month: the strategy call, a leak check, build and launch, and your first report on enquiries and bookings.

By the Kren Agency team ·

Working with Kren starts with a 30-minute strategy call, where we review your clinic live and show you where patients are slipping away. From there, typically we begin by testing how your clinic answers enquiries, then fix what's leaking, set up your follow-up automations and switch on your campaigns. By the end of the first month, you get your first report on where enquiries came from and how many booked.

What does working with Kren look like in the first 30 days?

The order can shift from clinic to clinic. Typically, the first month looks like this:

  1. The strategy call. 30 minutes, with your clinic open in front of us.
  2. Your priorities. Which treatments, doctors and slots you want filled, and how many patients your team can take.
  3. The leak check. We test your clinic the way a new patient would.
  4. Build and launch. Fixes, automations and campaigns go live once you approve them.
  5. The first report. Enquiries in, bookings made, and what we're improving next.
Working with Kren: five steps in a clinic's first month, from strategy call to first monthly report
Five steps. One goal: more booked, paying patients.

Step 1: the 30-minute strategy call

You speak with Frank Emmanuel, our founder, or a member of our team. We look at your clinic together, live: your Google profile, your website, how you handle calls and messages.

We tell you straight what's costing you patients and what we'd fix first. You see the plan before you pay anything. And you leave with your three biggest fixes, whether you work with us or not.

If we can't move your bookings, we say so on the call. We're also not the right team for a clinic that can't take more patients yet.

Step 2: we agree what to fill, and you send the basics

Before anything gets built, we agree the targets with you. You decide which treatments, doctors and time slots matter most, and how many new patients your team can handle.

Then you send your logo, photos and service list. We tell you exactly which photos of your clinic and team we need. Where your bookings already live in a clinic records tool, a shared calendar or a spreadsheet, we usually start with what your team already works in.

If social media is part of the plan, we also agree who presses publish, depending on how your clinic prefers to work.

Step 3: typically we begin with a leak check

Before we bring in more patients, we make sure the ones already reaching out don't get lost. We call your clinic at different times, send DMs, fill in your forms and check your Google profile. Then we show you exactly where enquiries went unanswered or waited too long.

The Google profile matters here. Google's own help page on improving local ranking says businesses with complete and accurate info are more likely to show up in local search results. Outdated details, such as opening hours, can keep your profile out of local searches.

Our post on how we close leaks at a clinic covers this check in more detail.

Step 4: build and launch

Build and launch usually takes 1 to 3 weeks. In that window we fix what's leaking, set up your automations and switch on your campaigns. The mix depends on what the call and the leak check showed. It can include:

  • Follow-up automations: instant replies, missed-call text-backs, confirmations and reminders. See our funnel automation work.
  • Website fixes: treatment pages and a clear way to book on every page.
  • Campaigns on Google, Facebook and Instagram, aimed at the treatments you want to fill.
  • Front-desk scripts for the "How much?" question, with your team walked through them.

We fix the follow-up before we turn up the volume. New enquiries into a clinic that misses calls is money spent to lose patients.

Nothing goes live without your approval. Every page, ad and message template comes to you first, so it stays within the rules of your profession. No promised outcomes and no exaggerated claims.

What stays with your team?

We set up and run your growth. Your team keeps what only your team can do:

  • The final follow-up and booking. Your team picks up the warm enquiries our automations hand over and confirms each appointment. We never reply to patients for you.
  • Clinical care. The reason patients come back.
  • Final sign-off. Your part is about 30 minutes a month to approve what we publish.

You can read more about this split on our About page, and see every lever we run on our services page.

What you see at the end of the first month

Every month you get a report in plain words: where enquiries came from, how many became bookings, and what we're improving next. We report enquiries and bookings, never likes or followers.

We also test your clinic again every month, so closed leaks don't quietly reopen. Most leaks are simple to fix once they're found, so the first fixes usually go in within weeks. We can't promise a number of extra bookings, and nobody honest can. What you will see is what came in and what booked.

Questions clinic owners ask about working with Kren

How long before our campaigns go live?

Build and launch usually takes 1 to 3 weeks. That covers fixing leaks, setting up your automations and switching on campaigns. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Do we have to change the booking tools we already use?

Usually not. We start with what your team already works in, whether that's a clinic records tool, a shared calendar or a spreadsheet. If something is actively costing you bookings, we show you why and let you decide.

Will Kren reply to our patients?

No. We set up and maintain the automations. Your own team handles the real conversations, the final follow-up and the booking, because patients want to speak to the clinic that will treat them.

Can you promise a number of new patients?

No. Results depend on your area, your treatments and your budget. On the call we look at your clinic and give you an honest picture before you commit, and every month we show you exactly what came in and what booked.
